Pretty normal, behavioral plus a case. Interviewed on the phone and then also onsite. Panel style and one on one. Long interviews for the role so that was a bit strange

How would you think about retention in this specific scenario
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Dec 2022
Interview
I was hesitant to enter the process because my experience was not a 100% match but they assured me they were looking more for a sales leader and someone to build/develop a team. The process went fast because it was "urgent" - then, all of sudden it went quiet and while they blamed the holidays I knew what was going on. After weeks of saying everyone loved you, they sent me a denial with the exact concern I expressed at the front of the process. We went with someone with more experience setting up online marketplaces. I wish they had been upfront and not wasted all my time. I'd be very cautious about this company and its motivations. I probably never was in serious consideration despite what they were saying, just someone to compare against.
