Phone screen with HR, phone interview with Chief revenue officer, 3 in-person interviews (one after the other) with Territory Sales Directors of different regions, and in-person interview with CEO and CRO. Everyone was very nice and easy going. Really nice office. I did not get the final interview with the CEO and CRO. I received an email from HR saying they were putting a hold on hiring another territory sales director because they were unsure on what they were going to need out of the new sales director and that they’d reach out to me when the opened it back up. The company is quickly growing and the current territory sales directors primarily do sales. When I spoke to the CRO, he stated he wanted the sales directors jobs to shift primarily to management. He wanted to bring more structure and processes to the company because people had ten thousand ways of getting things done and he wanted to narrow it down to a few specific processes.
