Interview
First call with a recruiter Second call with a manager and director Third call with a director and VP Obviously, the call with the recruiter was easy enough but its seems like what the recruiter and higher ups in the company want from the role is very different. This isnt a true CSM role and you are mostly doing alot of data entry and not really with the customer as a CSM should be. It seems like they are confused with the role and still working out the details of how it will work internally. I didnt get the job and even asked for feedback but sadly, I never ever got any feedback and am left wondering what they really want in a candidate in the role.

Question 1
Very basic questions like "tell me a time a customer was mad" and "tell me your greatest trait."
