Found contract posting on the web site about 3 years ago. Contacted them and was set up to interview with lead recruiter. Got that job and have been with them on 3 gigs over the last 4 years.

Really nothing difficult or unexpected. First position was for a Sr. Project Manager for a large Eastside firm - knew what to expect and nothing was unusual about the process.
