Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Redbooth (Redwood City, CA (US)) in February 2015.
Interview
The process was a video call, followed by on-site interview. I was impressed how the interviews were structured. It felt more like a conversation, than just ticking questions off a list. I felt the company was really trying to learn about me, because they benefit from a good personal fit just as much as I would. I haven't seen this approach done as well at other companies, and it really made Redbooth stand out to me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Redbooth in June 2016.
Interview
The man who interviewed me was awful at it. He hardly asked questions and the ones he did ask were pretty ridiculous. He sounded bored and there was LITERALLY awkward silence where he said nothing for 1 or two minutes. They need to do a better job of WHO they select to interview potential candidates. The whole experience was negative and awkward.

It is is incredibly easy. I mean you get what you give. Easy interview bad company. A team that can't hit quota with an incompetent boss.
If you want a fulfilling sales career, keep moving.

Interview
Very straight forward process. Starts with a phone screen, then an onsite visit with VP of Sales, members of the sales team and potentially one of the C-level executives. Final step is a short demo to see your presentation skills.

Interview
Normal process (phone screen, follow up call with hiring manager, in-person interviews, final round in person). They asked good questions, were very responsive and moved quickly and decisively. Got to meet with all members of the team, engineering leads and senior execs.

Interview
There were five Rounds of individual interviews (three with managers and two with representatives in a similar role) .This was completed in one day, but the process could be more intense if I didn't have a previous relationship with the hiring manager.
