Had the HR and Technical interview all in the same day after a phone interview by a week or so. a week later with the chairman. Very interesting experience and great vibe.
HR is cooperative, they headhunted me and I went through the normal HR process where I meet several HR representatives then I meet the technical manager. Even though the HR was professional the clevel weren't and they showed lack of common practices in such situations. They were eating while interviewing
