Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. She followed up with a phone interview and set up a 2nd interview via Teams during the call she cancelled the interview due to other team members had meetings at the time it was set up. She said she would text me with a new time to meet with the team. Instead I received a rejection letter.
