Interview
very thorough process. lasted 7 stages and I unfortunately didnt pass the last stage. starts with some application questions (instead of a cover letter i think), then an OA, then a TI, then a VI, then a networking dinner where they rate you, then a hirevue as it switches over from dartmouth partners to rede, then the AC. the AC is about 5 hours, with 4 interviews. theres also an essay (random not related questions which were pretty easy) and a case study, where they give you a potential GP to work with, and you have to work on the powerpoint for the investment commitee (you then get questioned on it after). i dont think the interview questions were very difficult, just make sure you keep up with the news eg FT on private markets, as one of the interviews is based on current events.
