There's a video call with hiring manager and then an on-site interview with a lunch. Everything seemed to be okay during the interview. I was called in to meet again and this time it was a different person.
In the latter "interview" I was there on-site listening to very petty complaints about my personality. I told the interviewer that I am no longer interested in working at the studio. The culture seemed extremely toxic - borderline sociopathic to ask someone to come in to complain about their personality.
Standard process of three rounds of interviews with various team members (screening interview with HR, interview with Leads, interview with the team) and art test, overall it took 2,5 months, communication was clear.
I applied online. I interviewed at Redhill Games in Mar 2021
Interview
Smooth process - application, call with COO, and then meeting with the team. It was simple and easy process, good communication and it was great to have people from multiple disciplines in the main interview.
