Redwood BBDO interview questions

Initial 30 min interview with Creative Director, task brief to complete including strategy, creative idea and executions, presentation of task brief in 30 minutes to Creative Director, talk through of previous project

I was approached via a recruiter. 1 x phone interview and 1 x face-to-face (with three members of staff, covering different aspects of the business). Both were friendly and informal with a general overview of my CV and experience.
