First round is general interview with HR, including general HR questions, Ex "Why do you want to join us", "Quick introduce yourself" 2nd round is a case study with local GM & your manager, presenting 5-6 questions with keynote. It's quite important to really know what you're talking about because during the process, they do ask very direct questions, which you might want to prepare for it.

Went through a long process and filled out how I could help them promote their brand. I suspect they are just using this “hiring” process to generate ideas for their own campaigns as they have been “hiring” for the past 7 months or more. Same thing happened to a friend who applied to the company. I also noticed they have been hiring for multiple roles but SAME job scope. This was my experience. Be warned!
