I had 4 interviews with this company to not get the job. 1st interview- Recruiter 2nd interview- Care Team 3rd interview- Care Team and Community Guide Lead 4th interview- Senior Community Guide Making a candidate go through 4 interviews, is insane to not hire someone, especially with them all asking the same questions over an hour long each interview. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd interview the interviewers were late!
