Reflektion interview questions

The process took about 15 days. After applying online, the HR called within a couple of days saying they liked my resume and asked basic questions about my experience and job duties. As a next step, I was scheduled to talk to one of their VP's for about an hour over the phone. Next, I was invited to their campus as the last round of the interview process which had 5 rounds. Pretty basic process.

On the phone interview the office coordinator read through the script with no real knowledge of the position or what the company actually does. She read through a list of questions. She raved about the Bloomingdale's brand. I was excited to learn more about the company and the role however the interview was a dissappointment.
