As with many in-home sales roles in the home improvement industry, our representatives meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments within their territory. Refloor invests heavily in marketing and lead generation to provide opportunities for our sales team, allowing them to focus on helping customers find the right flooring solution for their homes.
While this model may not appeal to everyone, it has been a great fit for many of our teammates who value independence, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential.
