I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Regal (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
For the interview, the hiring manager greeted me, gave me a sheet detailing the job duties/overview and went away for a few minutes. When the manager returned, they took the sheet and asked me to give them a summary of it.
Then they continued with traditional interview, question/answer format.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
