I applied online and they called me in for an interview the next day almost. I talked to a manager and they told me there were no positions he could offer at that moment. Then next week they called me and said they would like to hire me.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
