Very quick overall. Start of application to hire was 3 days. I applied online then received a phone call to come in for an interview the next day. Interview took only 30 minutes and was asked theatre related questions.

How was your experience the last time you came to see a movie and what would you have done differently if you were the one helping customers?

Interview
Applied online, called soon after to schedule an interview. Came in at scheduled time and was informed that I was not qualified for the position I applied and that the opening should have been closed. Was asked then if I wanted a lesser position, I declined and left. Felt as if my resume wasn’t even read and that the management was disorganized, not even considering my experience. I didn’t even get to talk about any of my relevant experience to show I was more than qualified.
