I applied online. I interviewed at Regional Finance in Apr 2026
Interview
I went through three rounds: HR screen, hiring manager, then two other attorneys including the GC. The interviews themselves were easy because the interviewers were very unprepared. It was largely just "tell me about yourself" and then some basic questions like, "Do you have experience with federal banking law?" or "Do you have experience with bank-fintech partnerships?" Those last two were very off-putting because I had literally just described at length my relevant experience. Even after multiple interview rounds and being told I had significant relevant experience, I was ghosted, which seems to be a pattern based on the last several interview descriptions here. I even asked for an update at one point, had one recruiter tell me to email a different recruiter for the update, and then THAT person totally ignored me. Completely unprofessional to deal with.

Question 1
Do you have experience with the bank-fintech model?
Applied online. Started with a Phone Screening to get to know you before passing resume to hiring manager. Seemed unprepared for the phone conversation from the HR side. Simple tell me about yourself questions to start. Lots of time left for you to ask questions back.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regional Finance (Greer, SC) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interviews were pleasant with basic questions discussing your background etc. After the second interview they ghosted even with follow up. So if you are interviewing with them keep this in mind as I believe how they treat candidates is how they will eventually treat you as an employee. It’s a lack of professionalism in my opinion.
