Interview
Group interview with three or four other candidates, there were scenario based and work history question. The we individually had a one on one interview with a manager. The manager went over my resume and asked similar questions that the recruiter asked. About two days later the recruiter called to conditionally offer me the position pending a background and drug screen.

Smooth and very professional. They test you in the spot. Like a small quiz on your knowledge of the job. Nothing like a regular interview. Dress sharp. Be punctual. I got the job, hopefully.
Easy and comfortable process. Felt really relaxed and not tense that’s how easy going the interviewer was. She was really kind and sweet and patient with me through everything. Even my recruiter was nice

The interview process was performed in an adequate amount of time. I had to first interview with my branch manager then with my regional manager. The questions were straight to the point.
