I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Miami, FL)
Interview
First it was a phone call interview with the HR associate. During the interview, she asked me to come in for an onsite interview with the HR director. I thought the interview was going to be me and the Director but it was with about 20 other people in a room. They gave us a test to do and that was it. It was not an interview, it was a test. After that they were suppose to contact you and let you know if you continue with the process or not, and since after several intentions from my end to find out if I make the cut or not, i figure out that I did not passed.
Applied online and got notified that I had made it past the first step and that they would be calling me to do an interview. Then we had the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a very impersonal interview process as I got an automated rejection in less than 24 hours. It is clear they use algorithms to sort applications...a bad hiring process is a window into an even worse culture and organization.

Interview
Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring manager were both very good at maintaining constant communications with me and prompt in responding. Appreciated all of their efforts to work around my schedule and made me feel like I was valued and appreciated. The interview process was virtual and quite lengthy but overall a great experience.
