First one has an initial phone interview with the recruiter then she chooses you for a face to face interview if they sense potential in hiring you. If they see a match after the interview they then send you the the branch to met with the branch managers for an interview with them. many situational questions are asked. if the managers feel you would fit well in their branch they will let the recruiter know and then the company presents you the offer. easy process if they end up liking you and wanting you!
