I filled out an online application. After a week the recruiter contacted me. But I didn't hear back about an interview until about 2 weeks after that initial contact. The interview questions were very similar as to any other hospital/clinic's questions about this type of admin/patient service position. I was interviewed by a group, included in the group was the manager, director, other admin assistants, and a social worker. They seemed very friendly from the start which helped ease me into the interview and I was able to loosened up. Apart from having the experience and background for this position, being very friendly and affable really contributed to me getting this position.
