      Der Bewerbungsprozess für die HR Lead Position bei Relai war eine rundum positive und wertvolle Erfahrung. Von Anfang an wurde ich von Relais Team professionell und herzlich betreut. Der gesamte Ablauf war gut strukturiert, effizient und auf den Punkt gebracht, was den Bewerbungsprozess sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Zunächst erhielt ich klare Informationen über die Position und die Erwartungen an den Kandidaten. Die Gespräche selbst waren sehr zielgerichtet und hatten stets eine offene, respektvolle Atmosphäre. Die Fragen gingen über Standardfragen hinaus und hatten das Ziel, meine Erfahrungen und mein Potenzial wirklich kennenzulernen. Dabei wurde auch großer Wert darauf gelegt, ob meine persönlichen Werte und meine Leidenschaft für Bitcoin zur Mission von Relai passen – das hat mich besonders beeindruckt und mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass Relai großen Wert auf Teamkultur legt. Zusammengefasst empfand ich den Bewerbungsprozess bei Relai als außergewöhnlich positiv. Relai geht es darum, nicht nur die fachliche, sondern auch die kulturelle Eignung zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass jeder Bewerber sich wohl fühlt und gut informiert ist. Ein echter Gewinn für die Candidate Experience!
