      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Related

      Interview

The most eye opening and appalling interview of my career thus far. This was a few years ago and I only wish I'd written this review sooner. I was applying for an EA position to one of the most high-level people at this company. I am female. I was asked how long I would ideally like to be in the position which is an unusual question. I was then told "because the EA likely won't be in the role for more than a year when XXX decides he wants to get a "SHINEY NEW TOY". I would encourage anyone to stand up and not tolerate these harmful words in an interview, EVER. Get up and walk out. Women are not toys.
