Relesol interview questions

First Round is HR round followed by technical round taken by team lead of IT department with technical questions running for about 4- mins then a machine test to be completed in an hour or so on the topic given such as designing banners, mailers, logos, making XHTML and running javascript for few functionalities.

Total Interview process took approx 4 days. Consultant arranged interview. First round was HR & Manager Face to face Interview than happened system test & final round by directors. I got the feedback on very next day & HR called for all relevant documents for Offer discussion. (The best part is company has already informed the consultant that the total process with take 5-6 hrs. so you go prepared & don't schedule other things)
