I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Remind
Interview
This is by far the most fractured, disorganized, unprofessional, poorly communicated company I have ever interviewed with. This is probably why half of the exec team and top performers have left. Avoid like the plague.

Question 1
What was your process for managing accounts and high levels of activity during the busy (summer) renewal season?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Remind
Interview
The interview was pretty standard, however, the pay that they were offering for the position was pretty low for the scope of work and expectations set. I was asked to describe why I was interested in the position and then asked how I would handle situations specific to the position. A brief few moments were given at the end for any questions I had and when it ended I definitely felt less confident about the position than I did before the interview and felt they were not a good fit.

Question 1
I was asked how I would manage high volumes of accounts and how I would potentially organize my day.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Remind in Feb 2022
Interview
The process took way too long. I applied and didn’t even hear for two weeks. Then all I received was a skills assessment which I did and then it was another two to three weeks before a recruiter reached out. The main interview was round robin style and was 2 1/2 hours! The hiring manager talked to me 3 different times and in the end she made me feel like I was too old and wouldn’t stay around long enough to be worth her time. I might have gotten an offer but after the last interview with the manager I told them no thank you.
