I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Remo Software (Bengaluru) in Jun 2016
Interview
1st Round- .Written
2nd Round- F2F
The test was of 20 marks and after a week I received an email from the HR having marks of all the candidates who appeared in the test. Around 200 candidates appeared. out of 20 marks I secured 14 marks and highest score was 16.
After few days ,they sent us email having information about the next round i.e F2F and the list of 4 shortlisted candidates and all 4 shortlisted candidate's marks were below 12.
Than I called HR and checked with him on what criteria they have done the shortlisting as the highest score person was also not in the list.
So, he scheduled my interview also. And when I went there for further round I found that there is nothing like professionalism from the interviewers side as in between the interview they were discussing about there personal family issues, they were also busy in there phones discussing about ringtones and all.
Anyhow I managed to give all the answers to their questions correctly because I have hands on knowledge and I was familiar with all those questions. But, on that moment I got to know that I am not gonna get this Job as I found that it was already pre-decided by them having list of 2-3 candidates whom they are gonna select.
Finally I want to say that its very bad and depressing if someone plays with your feelings like Remo did as by not judging through knowledge as they have already predecided candidates with them.
