Applied online and emailed for an interview. Was informed that the position requires people to be available all hours day and night and take calls at 1am if needed.
We at Remofirst were extremely concerned about your negative experience, which we believe resulted from a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of candidate requirements. We are now, and always will be, an asynchronous team working our own local hours.
To avoid ambiguous situations with negative experiences in the future, we decided to clarify these requirements as we conduct hiring interviews.
