Interview
1. Call screening with HR to get a broad understanding of the role and for them to assess you communication capabilities and overall expertise
2. Call screening with Team Lead to dive in deeper in subject matter questions
3. Tech Assessment - create a test framework from scratch for a mock app with manual test cases documentation. Not difficult but extremely time consuming and not in line with the compensation offered or the position they're trying to fill
