Interview consists of a screening call by the talent acquisition manager, then you are invited in to do a trial interview to see if you are good enough for the role.

Hiring manager put me forward for an in-person interview with the Managing Director. Travelled all the way to Uxbridge to be told 15mins before scheduled time that he was running 2hrs late. After waiting, MD was introduced to me wearing sunglasses indoors, completely disinterested and offered no apology for being late. Looking at his phone for most of the interview, very unprofessional experience and I'm grateful I could see this side of the company before pursuing further.
