Interview
I applied online, then the next day I got an email from their recruiter asking if I would be available for a brief phone interview at 5:30 the same day. I let her know I was available and we set up the interview. During the interview, she basicaly just asked me questions about my background to try to see if I was the right "fit" for the company. Once our 15 minutes had ended, she told me she would be in touch with me.
Kind of left me confused as to what the next process is. Very hard to read.

Multi-step process. I interviewed with the sales manager that I would be working with directly. The second step was a role playing session with two other managers. They allowed me to sell my current product.

The interview process was simple and easy to move through. They had an in-house recruiter walk me through the whole process. I had two phone interviews and an in-person interview. The background check took longer than most.

Nice, friendly. Manager told me a lot about the company. They were on time and I did not have to wait. Managers are very knowledgeable about their positions. They were able to tell me the schedule and give me a base range of start pay.
