I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rentwell (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2021
Interview
Went through 3 rounds virtually, thought it was going super smoothly. My fourth interview was in person. I drove 3 hours from my hometown for a 15 minute powerpoint presentation from the would-be boss. It was fine, whatever. Still wanted to work there. They said they'd get back to me in 3-4 days about the decision. 3-4 days roll around and I hear nothing, so I politely emailed my recruiter & called the main office. No response. It has now been almost 2 months since I interviewed there and they NEVER got back to me. After 4 rounds of interviews and a special trip across state lines just to meet the company, they ghosted me. Absolutely ridiculous. This was definitely the most unprofessional experience I have ever had interviewing in my life. Not to mention-- super degrading as a job seeker. Luckily I landed with a place that actually cares about their employees and job applicants.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Rentwell (Harleysville, PA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Multi-interview process first with their recruiting company and then with said company and the CEO of Rent Well. Had up to three interviews which was a mix of learning about me and my future goals. Interview process included taking up to two personality tests.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One interview was entirely learning about my past and what I have done going as far back as graduating college.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rentwell (Broomall, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
I went in for an interview and was surprised when I got there and was told it was a group interview. I was put in a conference room with seven other candidates who were also surprised and not happy to be in a group interview. We were given an overview of the job and then asked questions that everyone had to respond to. We were told to let the receptionist know as we were leaving if we were still interested in the position.
