Hiring process is easy fill out application online on their website then supervisor contacts you and meet up and go over information about the job. Watch training videos and do a quiz and take urine test and wait on results. Once results are returned and you have passed the urinalysis then you do a ride along and are shown sidings that you may go to and pickup or drop off crew members. Also take a small driving test with supervisor on the road and a cone test. Once id comes in from the railroad can start working. Training I received was actually wasn't bad and was simple and common sense.
