      Question 1

how long had I lived in Pueblo? Do I have Insurance? Was I married? Do I have Kids? Goofy General questions. Not much to do with Driving. Big waste of time I think?
      1 Answer

I applied online. I interviewed at Renzenberger

      Interview

Hiring process is easy fill out application online on their website then supervisor contacts you and meet up and go over information about the job. Watch training videos and do a quiz and take urine test and wait on results. Once results are returned and you have passed the urinalysis then you do a ride along and are shown sidings that you may go to and pickup or drop off crew members. Also take a small driving test with supervisor on the road and a cone test. Once id comes in from the railroad can start working. Training I received was actually wasn't bad and was simple and common sense.
