RepRally interview questions

Got a system design take-home project about improving one component of their system. It says 6-hour recommended. At the end, they took your solution for free. Totally a waste of time.

They have you go through multiple rounds either because they want free research and intel, or they're too all over the place to actually hire. Completely non-serious - ego, and optics driven. Interviewers are ill prepared. One just showed up to grill me.
