I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RepStack (Karāchi) in Jan 2026
Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews, including clearing a technical SEO assessment, followed by third and fourth rounds with the Head of HR that were non-technical. Given how smoothly the process progressed, I was expecting an offer. Instead, I received a generic rejection email with no clear or specific reasoning. This raises concerns about the organization’s transparency and the credibility of their hiring process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In all of my 4 rounds of interview they kept asking me if I was comfortable using time doctor which is a time tracking software and the funny thing about is they want this software to have it installed to your own personal laptop/PC.
It was smooth and on point. The HRs were helpful throughout the process, especially Rida Nadeem. The overall process was pretty good, including the pre-onboarding process. They scheduled the pre-onboarding process again and again until it was completely finalized.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my educational background and experience.
First Call Interview: The process started with a call from a recruiter. We talked about my background and what the job involved. It was a nice way to learn about the company.
HR Interview: Next, I had an interview with the HR team. They were friendly and shared helpful information about the workplace.
Technical Interview: Finally, I went through a technical interview, where I answered questions related to my skills. The interviewers were supportive, which made it easier for me to express my thoughts.
