One on one with HR rep, followed by a group interview with 4 random staffers, and finally an interview with the supervisor. All interviews were done via zoom and felt detailed but laid back
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Represent.Us (Northampton, MA) in Jan 2020
Interview
This incidents happened in early 2020 and late 2021. Initially, I applied for a researcher position and they reached out for an interview. I went through at least 2 interviews, the second one with 4 or 5 team members. They also gave me a 90 min. task that I did very well on. Ultimately, they didn't give me an offer but I thought I did an excellent job on everything. They told me 11 days later that they weren't going to hire me. At least they had the decency to tell me. In 2021, they reached out TO ME about a 2 month contract gig. I was desperate to work and excited about the opportunity. They put me through another long interview and GAVE ME ANOTHER TASK despite having done well on the previous one. THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO GHOST ME. Complete waste of my time.

Interview
I met the hiring manager first, then a VP and another potential colleague. All of those interviews went really well. The final interview was with founder, Josh Silver, who conducted one of the most unprofessional, racist, and sexist interviews I've ever experienced. None of the people I interviewed with (2 white women, Asian woman) nor the person they hired (a Black woman) work there anymore.
