It was the typical Humarn Resources interview with questions about your good and bad features, questions about your CV and why you choose each thing appears there. In the midle of the interview the interviewer started talking in english. The psicotechnical tests before the interview were quite long and hard.

Test ingles y logica con preguntas de ingles y puzzles de logica. Problemas de matematicas tipo test con 30 segundos para responder. Ingles muy facil problemas un poco estresantes pero bueno.

Recibes un correo preguntando por disponibilidad para hacer entrevista por Teams. Una vez la tienes te pregunta sobre Repsol y lo que hacen, por qué elegiste esa carrera y ese tipo de cosas. Es un sondeo, te preguntan sobre los departamentos que te interesan y luego te ponen donde pueden.

Plenty of online logic test with virtually no time to even read the question properly. Not much info about the role itself until very late into the process. Willing to adapt interviews around your current scheadule.
