Very cordial and professional. Didn't feel like there were too many gotcha questions or trying to trip me up. HR phone interview was typical "check all the boxes". Mainly, just had to play defense and not trip myself from getting an offer.

How have handled a difficult customer in the past? Do you go to problem customers or do you have the line managers go out.

Applied through Indeed and had a face-to-face meeting with three interviewers. The panel interview format allowed for engaging conversation with relevant people with different perspectives. Interviewers made me feel comfortable.
