The interviewing process was easy and painless. They were excited to meet, and made me excited to work for the company. The interviewer was very loud and expressful about why the company is great, what my job would include doing, and why she was happy to work for the company. Overall, it was a great expierence.

You're asked questions that have absolutely nothing to do with your experience as a customer service agent because they would rather hire "good" people because they have all the tools to make you into a great customer service rep.
