I don't know how Republic interviews. Republic bought out the original company that use to be City Carton Recycling Co. So many of the full time employees had secured positions as long as we passed the usual requirements

Lots of phone calls, a drug screen, background check, met with ops manager and then a interview with gm and then training in mass, paperwork, online app process is a long and time consuming amount of time
