Interview
The interview process was thorough and very intentional. It consisted of four separate interviews, starting with an initial screening with the recruiter to review experience, alignment, and expectations. From there, I met with the Regional Manager to dive deeper into operational leadership, team management, and property performance. The third interview was with the Regional Vice President, where the focus shifted to strategic thinking, accountability, and long-term vision. The final interview was with the company owner, which really emphasized culture, leadership philosophy, and overall alignment with the company’s values.
Overall, it was a multi-layered process designed to ensure the right fit on both sides, and it showed me how invested the company is in making thoughtful leadership hires.
Phone screen and then an interview with a team member. Never met the hiring manager leading me to believe that the position wasn't real and the team was never actually hiring. A waste of time.

Four part interview- one to be held in front of a panel. First was with a recruiter and up the ladder from there. The phone interview was standard and the 2nd interview was held on zoom.
