The interview process is refreshing. Evan is great at asking questions to find out how you troubleshoot as a programmer, rather than beating you over the head with questions about what technologies you know. It is important to have some level of programming experience, obviously. To prepare for this interview you should have in mind some of the class work or previous projects you've taken part in.
