Resilience interview questions

Chief of Product interview While everyone I spoke with was professional, the overall process felt lengthy and unstructured. After completing four rounds of interviews, I was ultimately told the company decided to go in a different direction with the role. I would have appreciated clearer alignment upfront on the scope and expectations, as the process was quite time-intensive and exhausting for candidates.

1st interview was a phone call with HR (~15 minutes). 2nd interview is on Zoom with Chief Underwriting Officer (~30 minutes). 3rd interview is on Zoom with Underwriting Manager (~30 minutes). It was mostly conversational. The questions they asked were standard. Hiring Manager complained that there was "something wrong" with his calendar and said he's getting interviews from 6 am to 10 pm. Maybe block those times? One of their values listed on their website is transparency, but I haven't even received a rejection from them despite being interviewed 2 weeks ago.
