3 rounds of process. 1) hiring manager, 2) director and HR 3) Technical skill assessment by Design Manager. Hiring manager wants to know your background and vibe whether you can be worked together. Director and HR drilled down your interpersonal skill, how you overcome challenges, try to change process etc Design manager wants to know your technical skill by giving you a problem and asked to design within 15 min.

The interview is very smooth. Hiring Manager is very friendly. However, HR is very very unprofessional. I was ghosted for 7 weeks after the interview! I sent HR 2 follow up emails one week and two weeks after the interview and the third one stating that " I knew I may not be selected and it is OK. But I have applied other roles in the same company which is blocked by the status of this application. Please let me know the update so I can withdraw my application or simply reject it to make my other application active", Still no reply, totally ignored and ghosted.
