Interview
The interview process was pretty painless. I spoke with the gen-E recuiter that found me on LinkedIn first and she was very kind and pleasant. After we spoke a bit about my background and future goals, she scheduled an in person interview with the hiring manager for later that week.
I came into the office for my in person interview and sat with the recuiter for a bit and then was taken to the hiring manager's office for the interview. We chatted for about an hour and I felt very comfortable and at ease. The questions ranged from "Have you ever (insert project)" to "What motivates you?" I got a very good feel for what the company was looking for a left feeling as though it was a good fit on both sides.

Interview
Prompt, consistent communication and a efficient interview process made thing easy and pleasant when joining Resolve. The candidate experience alone made joining the company an easy decision. The support and enthusiasm from the team was was an added bonus.
