The interview process was straightforward. I had applied online on LinkedIn and then couple of weeks later, the HR person looked me up. I then received an email to schedule a phone interview in the following week. The interview was mainly about my background, why Resonate and a customer experience. After the phone interview, the HR send me another email to schedule a face-to-face with the CTO for the next week. The interview with CTO was about my personal experience with support center and how the experience could have been made better. I had a take-home exam after that which was based on the interview. A week later I received the call with my offer.
