I applied online. I interviewed at Resource Innovations
Interview
This was a long, drawn-out process for a job that ended up not existing. After weeks of interviewing, I was informed that the job was no longer in existence and I was encouraged to apply the next time a similar role became available.

Question 1
Describe a time that you had to quickly change priorities
Company reposts jobs repeatedly and wastes candidates' time. They talk a big game about women led but multiple rounds results in no useful feedback and then a job reposting. **After** hundreds of applicants. Get off your high horse, **UNICORNS** don't exist.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Resource Innovations (Miami, FL) in Nov 2025
Interview
1 initial phone screening. I am near 100% positive I was on the phone with AI. I hung up as soon as I realized it.
EDIT: The company has responded here and reached out to me via email to ensure it was not AI. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, believe them, and edit my comment. With that said, it was a very inauthentic feeling conversation.
