I applied online. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Zug)
Interview
My experience with the online assessment process for this company was notably extensive and more challenging compared to other organizations. The assessment's length exceeded the typical duration I've encountered in similar processes, demanding a considerable amount of time and effort. Despite the rigor and the commitment required, the lack of feedback following a rejection was a point of disappointment. This absence of constructive criticism or insights into areas for improvement leaves candidates without a clear understanding of their performance or guidance for future endeavors.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International in Nov 2024
Interview
First round was about experience and asking questions on how you would be a good fit and talking about my experience. The second round was a tough one with the interview consisting of a case study that you need to solve with questions about the process being asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Toronto, ON)
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, with two behavioural and one case. The difficulty was not too high, but the process took a long time. It would take a while to hear back, but would be notified of the next round the day before, with not much time to prepare.

Interview
My experience was extremely unorganized. 1st interview, the interviewer was 5min late. 2nd interview, the interviewer did not show up, I had to reach out to HR for a reschedule. 2nd interview with a new interviewer who did not know what questions they were supposed to ask me, I had prepared answers for several case studies and they had to text someone to ask which question we were supposed to go over. 3rd interview was supposed to be with a "panel or leaders" it was with one. 4th interview was scheduled very last minute. 5th interview I was invited to be flown out however my flight info was sent very last minute. The HR employee kept saying I should have my flight info shortly. I reached out 3 times to check in before the flight info was finally sent 1 day prior to my flight because they had "emailed the info to the wrong email."
