Restore 24 interview questions

Brief phone screen with Kelly, wife of the owner. Followed by four separate and lonnnng interviews with Jason. Even when I requested to meet via phone after the third meeting, he refused. He also could never seem to figure out what he really needed to hire for. He told me he wanted to fire an employee who had been there for 16 years while she was out on medical leave for a major surgery, because she was "difficult" but if she seemed upset, he'd find a place for but wouldn't pay her the same in the hopes that she'd just quit. I thought this was unprofessional at the least and gave me good insight into how loyal he was and how he was willing to take advantage of someone's illness. I asked him to follow up with me the next week and he never did. Quite unprofessional being that I'd spent about 6 hours of my time meeting with him in 4 different interviews. I heard from two associates who had previously worked there that all kindness and professionalism is out the window once you're hired.
