There were three rounds of interviews. First was a phone screening call. Then there was an interview with program people. Finally, there was an in terview with the program Director. There was also one assignment.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Results for Development Institute in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied in early January and interviewed in early Feb. I went through an HR screening followed by a panel interview two weeks later. However, R4D completely ghosted me after that. I never received a response from their HR contact, despite my reaching out two times. Considering the fact that I went through several stages in their interview process, I would not expect such unprofessional behavior. It takes less than five minutes to respond to someone letting them know they're no longer being considered. Glad I dodged this bullet.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Results for Development Institute in Feb 2023
Interview
Two months after applying HR reached out to schedule a screening call. A panel interview, 3-hour skills test, and a final interview followed within the next month. After the final interview, I never heard back from anyone at R4D and the team did not respond to either of my follow-up emails.
